You don’t record your screen. Say which pages to show and what the viewer should be able to do at the end: the director records your web app in the studio’s own browser, writes a script timed to the recording, voices it and renders the MP4.
What you get
Recorded for you The studio’s browser opens your site and clicks, types and scrolls the way you described, with a visible cursor, at desktop or phone size. A flow behind a sign-in is recorded after you sign in yourself.
Timed to the footage The script is written from the recording, one scene per step, and each scene holds its last frame until its sentence ends.
Voice, captions, your colours One of the studio’s voices or your own, captions burned in, the click marked on screen, and an intro card in your product’s colours.
Made again when the product changes Every video keeps its brief, so when the interface moves on, the director makes the same video again from it.

- Allow what costs something, and watch the video on your project page.
